Your WhatsApp, seconds after a 2 starExample alert from our demo restaurant

Most unhappy guests never complain. They just post.

They pay, they leave, and a few days later the review is up. From then on, everyone who googles your restaurant reads it before they have tasted anything.

Say 1,000 people check your Google rating in a month. If a low rating turns away even 5% of them, at KSh 1,500 a head, that one bad night cost you around KSh 75,000.

And the frustrating part: on the night itself, it was probably fixable.

Four steps, nothing for your staff to learn

  1. Step 1: Scan

The bill comes with a QR code. The guest scans it before they leave the table.

  2. Step 2: Rate

One tap in WhatsApp, 1 to 5. No app, no forms.

  3. Step 3: Alert

If the rating is low, whoever is on shift gets a WhatsApp in seconds, with the guest's number.

  4. Step 4: Fix

You walk over and sort it out while they are still sitting there.

Every guest, whatever they rated, gets the same one tap Google review link.

What you get

The alert

You find out about a problem while the guest is still in the building.

Alerts go to whoever is on shift, and to you when nobody is on shift.

Reviews

Every guest gets the one tap Google link. Happy guests also get their review already written in their own words, so posting takes one tap instead of good intentions. Only real guests can review, one per visit.

Your restaurant's own page

Menu with prices, WhatsApp orders and table bookings, one link for your Instagram bio. Orders come to your own WhatsApp and nobody takes a commission. This part is free whether you ever pay us or not.

We are new. Here is where the proof will go.

Our first venues are running Tafiti now. When their numbers are in, we will put them here with their permission, whatever they show. Until then, we would rather show you an empty box than make something up.

Your name is on the door of your restaurant. Mine is on this page.

I am Ravi Singh, from Kenya, and Tafiti is mine the way your kitchen is yours: I built it, I stand behind it, and if it ever lets you down, you tell me directly and I fix it.

No sales team, no ticket queue. Just two people who put their names on their work.

Questions owners ask

What does it cost?
Free to get started, no card: the free plan is your restaurant's own page. Alerts and Google reviews come with a paid plan, 30 days free after a quick call. Prices are on the pricing page, in shillings, billed by M-Pesa.
How long is setup?
Minutes, from your phone. If you would rather not touch a screen, tap Set it up for me and it is done for you within a day.
Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. Every guest gets the same review link. We never pick who gets asked, never pay for reviews, and the words are always the guest's own.
What happens to guest data?
Guests chat from their own WhatsApp, so their number is used for the rating and the alert, nothing else. Nothing is sold, marketing only goes to guests who said yes, and STOP always works.

Your next bad review is still preventable.
